Champagne Punch



Champagne Punch

Ingredient A
250 ml water
400g sugar

Preparation
Boiling water and sugar,
for 10 minutes to make a syrup.

Ingredient B
1000 ml champagne
4 tablespoons brandy
2 tablespoons rum
2 tablespoons Orange Curacoa
2 lemons juice
500 ml tea infusion
Preparation
Mix all the ingrdients.

Ingredient C
Large piece of ice
1000 ml soda water

Action
a. Sweeten the punch with syrup,
and pour into the punch bowl,
over the ice.

b. Just before serving,
add soda water.

Orange Julius

Ingredient
250 ml orange juice
500 ml milk (iced)
1 tablespoon sugar
1 egg

Action
a. Combine all together, and mix well.

b. Pour them into pretty glasses,
and serve with one orange rind,
on each glass.
