Shall we start from here? ------------------ First Cookie Recipes Section Plain Cookies Ingredients 3 eggs (beaten) 170g butter 300g sugar 2 tablespoons milk 180g flour (sifted) 2 teaspoons baking powder Action a. Stir butter and sugar till creamy. b. Add eggs, flour, baking powder, and milk. c. Roll out thin, cut in circles and bake, in preheated 180°C or 356°F oven, for 12-15 minutes. ------------------- Butter Cookies Ingredients 360g flour 220g butter 300g sugar 3 eggs 1/2 teaspoon soda vanilla extracts Action a. Rub flour and butter together.
b. Beat eggs to a foam and add them, and soda, sugar and vanilla.
c. Roll out very thin and bake, in a preheated 180°C oven, or 356°F for 10-15 minutes. Note: When you need to taste the peanut butter, just add a layer in between of two cookies. ------------------- Second Cookie Recipes Section Chocolate Cookies Ingredients 200g sugar 110g butter 1 egg 120 ml milk 1/2 teaspoon soda 180g flour 150g raisins and nuts 2 squares melted chocolate (add last) Action a. Combine all ingredients.
b. Drop them on greased baking tin, and bake in a preheated 175°C or 347°F oven, for about 20 minutes.
Chocolate Chip Cookies Ingredients 4 eggs (well beaten) 500g light brown sugar 120g flour 100g chocolate chips 200g walnut meats (chopped) 1 teaspoon vanilla Action a. Beat all ingredients well.
b. Put them in the greased baking tin.
c. Bake in 140°C or 284°F oven, for 15 to 20 minutes.
d. Cut in squares while warm. ------------------- Chocolate Bars Ingredients 60g stone dates 60g seedless raisins 50g candied lemon peel (chopped) 50g candied orange peel 80g pine nuts 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 egg white 30g currants Confectioner's sugar (sifted) melted chocolate 2 tablespoon water Action a. Chop all the fruits and nuts very fine.
b. Add water, vanilla, fruits, and enough confectioner's sugar into the egg white, to form a stiff paste.
c. Let the mixture dry for 4 hours.
d. Brush it over with melted chocolate.
e. When dry, turn the sweet over onto the waxed paper.
f. Brush over the other side with melted chocolate.
g. Allow to set, and cut into neat bars, with a sharp knife. ------------------ Third Cookie Recipes Section Chocolate Cookies with Peanut Butter Ingredients 200g sugar 220g peanut butter 125 ml hot water 300g molasses 2 teaspoons soda 250g baking chocolate 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon cloves 1 teaspoon allspice 2 eggs Action a. Combine all the wet ingredients in a bowl.
b. Add lour to make a mixture stiff enough, to roll out a 2 cm thick.
c. Bake in preheated 175°C or 347°F oven, for about 20 minutes.
Fourth Cookie Recipes Section We have often Egg Rolls and Sesame Cookies, for our Chinese New Year. ------------------ Cornflake Cookies Ingredients 2 eggs 200g sugar 200g chopped peanuts 800g corn flakes 1/4 teaspoon salt Action a. Eat eggs and sugar together.
b. Add other ingredients and stir together well.
c. Shape on buttered tin and bake, in 200°C or 392°F oven for about 8 minutes. Note: Coconuts may be used instead of nuts.
Fifth Cookie Recipes Section Drop fruit Cookies Ingredients 400g sugar 220g butter 3 eggs 170g raisins (chopped) 1 teaspoon cloves 1 teaspoon nutmeg 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon soda 3 tablespoons whisky 480g flour Action a. Dissolve soda into the whiskey.
b. Mix all together well, and drop them , on the greased baking tins.
c. Bake in preheated 175°C or 347°F oven, for about 20 minutes. ------------------ Oatmeal Cookies Ingredients 200g sugar 220g butter 125 ml sour milk 1 teaspoon soda 3 tablespoons milk 2 eggs 240g oat meal 240g white flour 150g raisins (chopped) Action a. Mix to a soft dough, and roll.
b. Cut in squares or with cookie cutter.
c. Bake in preheated 175°C or 347°F oven, for about 20 minutes. ------------------- Almond Cookies Ingredients 110g butter 200g sugar 300g almonds (finely chopped) 1 egg (lightly beaten) 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon cloves 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 lemon rinds (grated) 2 tablespoons sherry wine 120g flour 200g rolled oats 2 teaspoons baking powder Action a. Cream the butter and add the sugar gradually.
b. Add egg, well beaten.
c. Thoroughly mix in flour, oats, spices, and baking powder.
d. Add lemon rind and sherry.
e. Drop in pile 0.8 tablespoon size dough, 3 cm apart on the buttered sheet.
f. Spread with a spatula and press the half, of the almond meat on top of each.

Sixth Cookie Recipes Section Date Bars Ingredients 200g butter (melted) 120g flour (sifted) 1 teaspoon baking powder (sifted) 1/2 teaspoon salt 200g sugar 300g dates (cut) 150g walnut meats (cut) 3 eggs (well beaten) Action a. Combine nuts, dates and dry ingredients together.
b. Add eggs, butter into the date mixture, and mix well.
c. Pour it into a 23x23 cm greased pan.
d. Bake at 175°C or 347°F oven, for 30 minutes.
e. When cool, cut in small squares and roll, in powdered sugar. ------------------ There are more cookie recipes. Enjoy! Macaroons Ingredients 2 egg whites 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 3 eggs 1/4 teaspoons salt 130g powdered sugar 100g dates (chopped) 100g walnut meats Action a. Combine all ingredients.
b. Drop on cookie sheet and bake, in 120°C or 248°F oven for 30 minutes. Note: This recipe required no flour. ------------------ Seventh Cookie Recipes Section Walnut Chocolate Ingredients 50g grated chocolate 500g chopped walnuts or almonds (reserve 23 halves for top decoration) 9 egg yolks 9 egg whites (beat till stiff) 200g sugar 50g fine cracker crumbs Action a. Mix nut and chocolate. Put aside.
b. Beat yolks thoroughly. Add sugar, and beat again.
c. Stir in crumbs and the chocolate mixture.
d. Add lastly the egg whites. Put it in the baking pan.
e. Bake about 45 minutes in 180° C, or 356°F oven.
f. Decorate the top with walnuts or almonds. --------------------- Eight Cookie Recipes Section Pumpkin Cookies Ingredients A 75g butter 100g sugar 2 eggs Preparation Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Ingredients B 225g self-raising flour 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg Preparation Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and mix well. Ingredients C 200g oats flakes 100g dates (chopped) 125g raisins 75g walnuts (chopped) Preparation Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and mix well. Ingredients D 150g pumpkin (meshed) Action a. Mix the ingredients A to the pumpkin.
b. Add the ingredients B, mix well.
c. Add the ingredients C, mix well, to the dough is formed.
d. Make small dough balls, put them, in a greased baking tray.
e. Flatten them slightly with a wet fork.
f. Bake them in a 200°C or 392°F preheated oven, for about 12 minutes.
g. Let cool on the rack. Note: This makes about 72 pieces. -------------------- Nineth Cookie Recipes Section Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls Ingredients 200g light crunchy peanut butter spread 50g butter (softened) 130g icing-sugar mixture 375g milk chocolate (melted) 1.5 teaspoon vegetable oil Action a. Beat peanut spread, butter, and icing-sugar in a small bowl with mixer, until combined.
b. Roll teaspoons of mixture into balls.
c. Place on paper-lined oven trays, and refrigerate until firm.
d. Mix the melted milk chocolate and oil, in a bowl evenly.
e. Using two forks to dip one ball at a time, into the chocolate mixture.
f. Drain excess chocolate and return to the tray. g. Refrigerate until set. Note: Chocolate balls can keep in a airtight, container in the refrigerator for maximum 4-5 days. ------------------ Peanut Snaps Ingredients A 100g chopped peanuts 100g sugar Preparation Mix the ingredients. Ingredients B 750g flour 60g cornstarch 1 teaspoon baking powder Preparation Sift all ingredients together. Ingredients C 340g butter 400g sugar 6 eggs (beaten) 1 teaspoon lemon extract
Action a. Rub the butter and sugar together smooth.
b. Add the eggs, ingredients B, and the extract. c. Flour the board, roll out the dough rather thin, and cut out with biscuit cutter.
d. Roll in ingredients A, and lay, on greased baking tin.
e. Bake in 220 °C or 428°F preheated oven, for 8 to 10 minutes.
Peanut Butter Orange Biscuits Ingredients 240g flour (sifted) 4 teaspoon baking powder (sifted) 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoon grated orange rind 180 ml cold water 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon peanut butter Powdered sugar (moistened with orange juice) Action a. Mix butter with flour, baking powder, and salt thoroughly.
b. Moisten orange rind with cold water.
c. Add 1 tablespoon of orange rind, into the flour mixture.
d. Roll the dough thin and cut into rounds.
e. On one side of the biscuit place a teaspoon, of peanut butter.
f. Place another biscuit on top, of the peanut butter.
g. Press together gently the spread and tops, with powdered sugar.
h. Sprinkle with orange rind.
