I am going to taste some very special dinner recipes tonight. Are you joining me? My friend, Marry has created some wonderful recipes. Tonight, we are her special guests. We will see soon many different turkey recipes, and lamb recipes. Of course it includes lamb chops. Shall we? ------------------- Dinner Recipes Special Dinner Ingredients A 240g flour 2 tablespoons cornmeal 1 teaspoon salt 250 ml water Preparation a. Combine all together, add enough water, to make a very thin batter.
b. Cook cake over slow fire. Ingredients B 500g grounded meat (beef and chicken) Butter Preparation a. Boil meat until well done.
b. Grind and put back in broth, to keep hot. Ingredients C 2 canned hot tomato sauce Equal amount of water 1 tablespoon cumin seeds 1/8 teaspoon red pepper 1/8 teaspoon mustard 1/8 teaspoon salt Grated cheese Olives Parsley and lettuce Action a. Boil cumin seeds in water, add tomato sauce, and the rest.
b. Thicken it when necessary.
c. Lay cake on a plate, add 2 tablespoons, of meat on one side of the meat.
d. Flap the other side to cover meat.
e. Cover it with tomato sauce mixture, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
f. Garnish with parsley, lettuce, and olives.
g Serve with salted waffles and coffee. Note: Cake is optional. ------------------- Turkey Recipes Boiled Turkey Ingredients A 1 turkey (weighing about 5 kg) Ingredients B 1 kg chopped small oysters 1 kg grated bread crumb 2 level tablespoons salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper A grain of cayenne 60g butter 2 eggs (slightly beaten) Action a. Fill the breast of the turkey with some, of this dressing and put the reminder, into the body. Sew up, and truss.
b. Dip a large cotton loth into cold water, and after wringing it well, dredge it thickly, with flour.
c. Pin the turkey in this cloth, and plunge it into boiling water.
d. Boil rapidly for 15 minutes, and set fire back and simmer, for 3 hours.
e. Serve with oyster sauce.

b. Sift flour over it and place, on its side on a rack, in the roasting pan.
c. Cover and place in a preheated 200°C, or 392°F oven and cook about 3 hours, until tender. Note: a.Be sure to keep plenty of water in the bottom, of the roaster during the cooking.

c. Put the bread pieces into a stewpan.
d. Remove the onion.
e. Strain the hot milk over it.
f. Cover it close, and let it soak, for an hour.
g. Beat it up with a fork, till smooth.
h. Add the mace, cayenne, salt, sage and butter.
i. Boil it up, and pour it over the roasted turkey. Serve hot. ------------------- Marry, your dinner recipes are great! Stuffing Turkey Ingredients 1000g stale bread (fine grated) 1 lemon rind (grated) 1 teaspoon parsley (minced) 1 teaspoon thyme (minced) 1 egg 100g butter Hot water or milk Salt Pepper Little onion (fine minced) Action a. Take one part of thyme, 2 parts of parsley, salt and pepper to season.
b. Add these to the egg and butter. Mix well.
c. Mix the rest together and moisten, with hot water. Note: You may add other herbs, when desired.

Lamb recipes One Lamb Filet Salad (2 servings) Ingredients A 400g lamb filet (without fat) Pepper Salt 1/2 tablespoon olive oil Preparation a. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the filet, and season it with olive oil.
b. Preheat oven to 180 °C or 356°F, with the an oven dish.
c. Place the filet in the warmed dish, and bake on 200°C or 392°F, till all sides browned.
d. Set the dish in the oven on 180°C, or 356°F and roast for 4 minutes, to 10 minutes.
e. Place the filet on a warm plate, and keep warm in the oven.
Note: After 4 minutes, the filet should be medium done. After 10 minutes roast, it should be well done. Ingredients B 1 tablespoon honey (liquid) 1 tablespoon cider vinegar 1 tablespoon olive oil Salt and pepper for taste Preparation a. in a warm saucepan, mix the vinegar, and honey together.
b. Add pepper and salt to taste Ingredients C 1/2 tablespoons olive oil 3 tomatoes (strips) 6 dates (stoned) 2 small onions (rings) 2 tablespoons olives 2 tablespoons sprouts 1/2 lemon (juiced) Action a. Combine the tomatoes strips, dates, onion rings, olives and olive oil together.
b. Let it stand for 1 minute, then add the sprouts, and lemon juice.
c. When the lamb filet is cool enough, slice them thin, and pour the sauce over.
There are many more dinner recipes are coming, on your way. Lamb recipes Two Lamb Stew Ingredients A 1500g shoulder lamb 2 small carrots Salt 6 medium sized potatoes (thick sliced)
Preparation a. Cut lamb into 5 cm square pieces.
b. Scraped and cut the carrots, into length-wise pieces, and season with salt.
c. Parboil potatoes 5 minutes, and cut in thick slices. Drain it. Ingredients B 60 ml butter (melted) 2 onions (thinly sliced) 1 sprig parsley 1 small bay leaf 2 cloves 1/2 teaspoon pepper-corns Boiling water 500 ml thick tomato puree 200g French peas chopped parsley Action a. In a deep pot, heat butter and add meat. Stir and brown evenly.
b. Add onions, parsley, bay leaf, cloves, and pepper-corns.
c. Tie the pepper-corns, cloves, and bay leaf together, with a bit of cheese cloth.
d. Add boiling water to nearly, cover the meat.
e. Simmer slowly about 1-1.5 hours, until meat is tender.
f. Add carrots, potatoes, and tomato puree, to stew.
g. Simmer slowly until vegetables are tender. Add more water, when necessary.
h. Remove spices, add French peas.
i. When heated through, turn it, into a deep hot platter and sprinkle, with chopped parsley. Supper dinner recipes!
Really amazing! I might have problem to create so many, dinner recipes. Lamb recipes Three Lamb Chops (2 servings) Ingredients A 1 tablespoons corn flour Salt 1/2 piece garlic (minced) Black pepper 2 lamb chops Preparation a. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, garlic and pepper together.
b. Dip the lamb chops into the mixture, till covered.
c. in a big thick bottom pot, heat 1/2 tablespoon oil till very hot, but not burn.
d. Add the lamb and cook about 5 to 8 minutes, on medium heat to brown all sides.
e. Place it into a deep baking dish. Ingredients B 1/2 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 carrot (pieces) 1/2 onion (fine grated) 1/2 stalk celery 200g tomatoes (diced) 1/2 tablespoon pesto, with sun dried mini tomatoes 75 ml white wine (dry) 200 ml lamb bouillon Action a. In a saucepan, heat the oil.
b. Add carrot, onion, and celery, and cook 4-5 minutes on low heat, until the vegetables are soft.
c. Add tomatoes, tomatoes puree, wine, and bouillon.
d. While cooking and stirring, preheat the oven to 160°C or 320°F.
e. Pour the mixture over to the lamb, and cover with baking paper, and bake about 2 hours.
f. When the meat is soft, add salt, and pepper to taste.

Roast Lamb Sauce Mint Sauce One Ingredients 50g mint leaves (chopped) 2 tablespoons powdered sugar 250 ml hot vinegar Action a.
