Friends, guess what I have prepared for you this morning? Doughnuts, egg salad, pancake recipes, jam recipes, and many more. First, doughnut? Doughnuts One Ingredients 240g flour 3 teaspoons baking powder 4 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon nutmeg 250 ml milk 1 egg
Action a. Sift the dry ingredients. Put aside.
b. beat the egg till light, add in milk.
c. Pour liquid to the flour, and mix thoroughly.
d. Roll 1.5 inch thick dough, with doughnut cutter.
e. Drop one to the deep smoking hot oil, for tester.
f. Then drop maximum 3 at a time. Until all done.
g. The cakes should be drained, on unglazed paper, then roll , in powdered sugar. ------------------ Doughnuts Two Ingredients 500 ml milk 550g flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 4 egg yolks (beaten) 1 tablespoon melted butter 1 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional) 50g sugar 4 egg whites (beaten) 120g flour 2 teaspoon baking powder Action a. Hot milk pour over flour, and beat till smooth.
b. Add salt and let cool.
c. Add egg yolks, butter, essence, sugar, egg whites, flour, and baking powder.
d. Roll the dough out and cut, with doughnut cutter.
e. Add more flour, if needed.
f. Drop in deep oil, and fry. ------------------
More...? Doughnuts Three Ingredients 2 eggs (well beaten) 1800 ml milk 360g flour 1.5 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon baking powder 200g sugar 3 teaspoons cinnamon Action a. Blend sugar and butter, then add eggs and milk.
b. Sift all dry ingredients thoroughly, and add to the above mixture.
c. Roll out 2 cm thick. Fry, in deep hot oil.
d. Drain well. ------------------ Doughnuts Four Ingredients 2 eggs (beaten lightly) 250 ml sour milk 3 tablespoons melted butter 1/2 teaspoon soda 480g flour 220g sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder 1 teaspoon salt Action a. Mix the all ingredients. Except the butter.
b. Sprinkle flour on the board. c. Make a dough soft enough, to roll out.
d. Roll only one large spoon at a time, and cut into rings with an open cutter.
e. Mix the trimmings with another spoonful. Work it out lightly till well floured, and roll again. f. Roll and cut all out before frying.
g. Heat the butter real hot. It should be hot enough, for the dough to rise to the top instantly. ------------------
Doughnuts Five Ingredients 2 teaspoon suagr 3 eggs 1.5 teaspoon sour milk 1 teaspoon salt 6 tablespoons oil 2 teaspoon baking powder Flour enough to roll Action a. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
b. Roll out with enough flour.
c. Fry in a pan of deep hot oil. ------------------- See some Pancakes Recipes? Pancake One Ingredients 1 teaspoon baking powder 180g flour (sifted) 2 egg yolks (beaten) 2 egg whites (stiffed beaten) 250 ml milk 1 teaspoon salt Sugar Butter Action a. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
b. Stir in egg yolks with a wooden spoon.
c. Stir in milk a little at a time, and beat the mixture till smooth.
d. Mix in egg whites lightly, with a fork.
e. Heat the frying pan on stove.
f. Melt about 1/2 teaspoon butter, into the very hot pan.
g. Pour 1 tablespoon batter into the pan, and spread it out quickly, till it is very thin.
h. Let it cook until it is brown, on both sides.
i. Put it on a hot plate, when both sides, are done.
j. Make the rest of the cakes, in the same way, and serve at once with sugar, and butter. Note: a. You may use maple sugar or maple syrup, or with cream.
b. You may add more butter into pan, when you find the pan is getting dry. ------------------
More wonderful Pancake Recipes? Pancake Two Ingredients 200g self raising flour (sifted) 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 egg 200 ml milk 1 orange (juiced) 2 teaspoons cinnamon 100g sugar 30g butter Preparation a. Put the flour and salt in a bowl.
b. Stir in the egg and half of the milk, and mix until a smooth batter.
c. While stirring, add the rest, of the milk, and add the juice.
d. Combine the cinnamon and sugar, in a small bowl. Action a. Heat the butter in a frying pan.
b. Add 1 spoonful of batter, and bake over moderate heat, until both sides light brown.
c. Keep the pancakes warm and serve, with cinnamon sugar. ------------------ Guess what I have here? Chocolate Doughnuts Ingredients A 2 eggs (well beaten) 220g sugar 2 tablespoons butter (melted) 3 squares melted chocolate Preparation Beat all together. Ingredients B 240 ml sour milk 1 teaspoon soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ginger 1/2 teaspoon vanilla Flour enough to make a soft dough Action a. Mix all together and roll out thin.
b. Cut round with hole in the middle.
c. Cook in deep hot oil until brown. ------------------ Cream Doughnuts (36 servings) Ingredients A 220g sour cream 200g sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt Preparation Beat all together. Ingredients B 1 level teaspoon soda 1 teaspoonful boiling water Preparation Dissolve soda in water. Ingredients C 2 eggs (beaten) Flour enough to roll soft Action a. Add eggs into the sour cream, and beat till creamy.
b. Add soda and flour.
c. Roll gently to 4 cm thick dough.
d. Cut with doughnut cutter, drop carefully into bubbling deep oil, and let brown.
e. Remove to the brown paper, let the grease be absorbed.
f. Sprinkle them with powdered sugar. Note: May add nutmeg to the dough, when desired. ------------------
Sandwiches? Egg Salad Sandwich One Ingredients Hard boiled egg Whole-wheat bread (well buttered) Salt and pepper to taste Action a. Chop hard boiled eggs fine.
b. Mix with mayonnaise.
c. Spread on bread. ------------------ Egg Salad Sandwich Two Ingredients Hard boiled eggs Crispy Lettuce leaves Mayonnaise spread Bread with butter Action a. Lay sliced hard-boiled eggs, between lettuce leaves.
