I always search for easy recipes, whenever I need to prepare, varieties of food for Christmas gatherings, New Year celebrations, and Birthday parties.
The Bread machine is one of my Birthday gift. It was received 2 years ago. My machine has many functions. It makes all breads, all doughs, all cakes, Jams, and Sandwiches. I have tried a numbers of bread machine recipes. I would like to share some of my interesting recipes with you. Are you ready? Let’s go... ------------------ Machine Made Bread Tips
a. Pour water in the tray. Then the rest. Last, the butter. b. Set your machine, according to your instruction book. c. After the machine started working for 5 minutes. Stop it, and use the wooden chopstick or any other wooden stick, to clear the four corners of the tray. Because the butter, and flour always stick there.d. Repeat this for 2 or three times, till you see everything, are mixed in the dough. e. Then you start the machine again. ------------------ Pizza Dough Ingredients 30 cm pizza tray 180 ml warm water 1 tablespoon olive oil 250g all purpose flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon dry yeast Action a. Follow instructions according to your bread machine. Set at the dough button. b. If you are using it right away, then place the dough on a flour slightly sprinkled table. c. Add olive oil in the pizza tray, and soak the dough inside. d. Let it there for 10 minutes, then top all the ingredients, that you want. e. Bake it in the preheated 220°C (428°F) oven, for 20-25 minutes. Note: You may sprinkle some flour, on the tray besides oil When a cruncy crust, is desired.

Easy Recipes Handmade Bread Tips a. Mix flour, water, and butter in a mixing bowl.b. Kneed it to a smooth dough, with the dough mixer. c. Cover the bowl with plastic or cloth, for 10 minutes rising. d. Make the dough first flat, then in three overlap folds. e. Make it flat again, and into square. f. Butter the 30 cm baking tray. g. Roll out the dough, and the folding line face down, in the tray. h. Cover with a teacloth and plastic on top. i. Let it raise for 35 minutes. j. Set the oven to 220°C or 428°F (electric oven), Hot-air oven 200°C (392°F), Gas oven stands at 5-6. k. Preheat for 10 minutes. l. Place the tray in the middle of the oven, and bake for 25-30 minutes. m. You hear hollow sound, when you tick the bread. Then it is ready. n. Last, spread some water over the bread. -------------------- When you are making the pizza dough not with machine, you may do this: a. Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the lukewarm water. Rest aside.
b. Sift flour and salt together and mix well. Add the above yeast water.
c. Kneed it to a smooth dough, with the dough mixer or hands.
d. Cover the dish with plastic, or cloth for 10 minutes rising.
e. Make the dough first flat, then in three overlap folds.
f. Let it raise for 35 minutes.
