Mini Plum Cakes

Ingredients
500g dried flour
170g fine powdered sugar
170g butter
3 eggs
250g currants

Action
a. Sift flour and sugar together.

b. Add eggs and butter and beat,
to a cream.

c. Add washed and dried currants,
to the mixture and beat thoroughly.

d. Dredge some flour on baking plates,
and drop 1 teaspoon each stiffed batter,
on them.

e. Bake in 140-150°C or 284-302°F oven,
for about 1.5 hours.

Plum Cake

Ingredients
1000g flour
500 ml milk
300g sugar
300g molasses
220g butter
4 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon allspice
500g currants
500g raisins (chopped)

Action
a. Dissolve soda in the milk.

b. Combine all and bake in 150°C or 302°F oven,
for 3 hours.
