45g chocolate
1 tablespoonful water
1000 ml scalding hot milk
Whipped cream

Action
a. Scrape fine the chocolate.

b. Put into a saucepan with water.

c. Cook until smooth, add the hot milk,

d. Serve with whipped cream.

Tips:
a. When sugar free chocolate is used,
add 2 tablespoonfuls of sugar.
b. When chocolate is allow to boil,
it becomes oily.

50g sweeten chocolate
Few grains salt
1000 ml milk
Whipped cream

Action
a. Heat milk, add chocolate and stir,
until chocolate is melted.

b. Let come to a boil and serve,
with whipped cream.
