Pumpkin Soup One
Ingredients For Soup
1000 ml milk
6 egg yolks
a. Cut bits of the inside flesh into dice.
b. Boil them in water to a marmalade.
c. Add milk and boil with a bit,
of butter, sugar and salt.

Ingredients For Pumpkin
6 egg whites
a. Cut the pumpkin in a manner,
as you may join it again.
b. Remove the seeds and half,
of the flesh, then garnish the scars,
with frothed whites of eggs and sugar.
c. Put it in a 150°C (302°F) oven,
till it is of a good colour.
a. Put the pumpkin in a pretty dish,

Pumpkin Soup Two
1 pumpkin (300g)
1000 ml vegetable broth
1 celery root
1 small green apple (diced)
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon ginger (minced)
1 teaspoon anise seed
1 bay leaf
Salt and pepper to taste
a. Remove the seeds from the pumpkin,
and cut it into pieces.
b. Cook 10 minutes in the broth.
c. Add celery root and bay leaf.
d. Stir fry the onion, carrot,
and leek in oil and last the ginger.
e. Put this mixture, anise seeds,
and apple dices into the pumpkin.
Mix well and season for 10 minutes.
f. Add pepper and salt to taste.
300g green pumpkin
a. Wash and dry the pumpkin.
b. Cut and remove the seeds,
and cut the flesh very thin.
c. Heat the oil and deep fry the pumpkin strips.
d. Cool on kitchen paper and sprinkle,
with salt and cayenne.
