Raw Vegan Recipes

Carrot Milk

Ingredients
4 tablespoons rolled oats
1 carrot (cut into small pieces)
2-3 walnuts
Some dried berries
200 ml soy milk

Action
a. Combine all and put through the blender.

b. Serve immediately.

Peach Milk

Ingredients
4 tablespoons rolled oats
1 peach (cut into small pieces)
200 ml soy milk
2-3 walnuts
Some dried fruits

Action
a. Combine all and put through the blender.

b. Serve immediately.

Banana Milk

Ingredients
4 tablespoons wheat cereal
1 banana (peeled and cut small)
1 teaspoon orange juice
200 ml soy milk
2-3 walnuts
Some raisins

Action
a. Combine all and put through the blender.

b. Serve immediately.

Note: You may replace cereal with rolled oats,
when desired.
