Restaurant Recipes Salad
(Easy and Light Lunch)

Tomato Jelly

Ingredients
1 tablespoon agar
125 ml cold water
500g tomatoes (juiced)
1/2 teaspoon onion juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1 bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon parsley
Salt and pepper
Lettuce
Mayonnaise dressing

Action
a. Soak the agar in the water,
for 1 hour.

b. Bring the tomato juice to boil,
with seasoning and herbs.

c. Let this simmer for 20 minutes.

d. Add agar; stir until dissolved,
and strain through a cloth,
into individual moulds.

e. Serve on lettuce leaves,
with mayonnaise dressing,
or use as a garnish,
for other salads.

Potato Salad

Ingredients
Cooked beets
Potatoes
Cream salad dressing

Action
a. Slice beets and potatoes.

b. Arrange on a dish alternately,
and dress with cream saladdressing.

Carrot Salad

Ingredients
12 small carrots (grated)
2 small onions (grated)
2 hard boiled eggs (chopped)
5 pieces tender celery (small)
A little parsley
Mayonnaise dressing
(made of olive oil)
Paprika
Salt

Preparation
Combine all and garnish,
with paprika and salt.
