Shrimp Salads
Ingredients A
1000g cooked shrimp
300g leaf lettuce
(cut into pieces)
4 hard boiled egg whites
(cut into rings)
Ingredients B
4 hard boiled egg yolks
2 teaspoon olive oil
120 ml vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons fine mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
a. Mash the egg yolks smooth,
with the oil.
b. Add the rest, and mix all thoroughly.
Action
a. Toss the mixture lightly,
over the shrimps.
b. Garnish with leaves of lettuce,
and whites of the eggs.

Avocado and Shrimp
Ingredients
1 avocado
8 medium-sized shrimps
(cooked and shelled)
1 tablespoon garlic sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
Action
a. Season shrimps with garlic,
and soy sauce,for 5 minutes.
b. Cut avocado vertically into halves,
and remove stone.
c. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
d. On top of the avocado,
place shrimps,and dressing.

Celery and Shrimp
Ingredients
Shrimps (cooked)
150g cold peas
150g celery (fine chopped)
Mayonnaise dressing
Action
a. Cut shrimp into small pieces.
b. Add peas, and celery.
c. Mix well with dressing,
and serve.

Crab Salad
Ingredients
2 fresh crabs meat in large pieces
2 hard boiled eggs (rings)
Fresh tomatoes
Dressing Ingredients
200g mayonnaise dressing
50g catsup
150g minced celery
80g minced green peppers
1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon horseradish
Action
a. Add catsup, celery, green peppers, mustard,
and horseradish to the mayonnaise dressing.
b. Pour the mixture over the crab meat,
and eggs.
c. Garnish with tomatoes.
