Then it is ready for use. e. Keep the starter in a tightly closed container. f. When you have used up 0.5 cup of starter, then you have to stir in 1/2 cup of flour, and 1/2 cup of water. g. Place the starter at a warm place, for 12 hours. h. After that you may store the starter, in the refrigerator. i. This process can repeat, and store, for unlimited time. ------------------ Sourdough Bread Recipe Ingredients 600g whole wheat flour 60g wheat germ 625 ml yeast water (room temperature) Action a. Mix flour and yeast water well. b. Place at a warm place to rise, for 2-3 hours. c. Roll into sticks. d. Cut into several portions and roll them, into balls. e. Brush olive oil upon the balls. f. Steam for about 25 minutes.
