Ingredients
4 large sweet potatoes
250 ml milk
1 egg
3 tablespoons butter
200g becan meats
Marshmallows

Action
a. Boil and mash the potatoes.

b. Mix potatoes and milk,
to a creamy consistency.

c. Add egg, butter and nuts.

d. Bake 20 minutes in a buttered dish,
in a 180°C or 356°F oven.

e. Cover top with mashmallows and bake,
for 10 minutes more.

Potato and Apple

Ingredients
6 large potatoes
6 tart apples
Brown sugar
Marshmallows

Action
a. Boil potatoes until almost done,
peel and slice one layer into buttered baking dish.

b. Dot with butter, sprinkle with brown sugar,
and add layer of thinly sliced apples.

c. Repeat until dish is full.

d. Bake in 180°C or 356°F oven.

e. Top with marshmallows just,
before serving.

f. Put back to oven to swell and brown.
