We organise tea party very often for the special occasions. Such as weddings, birthdays or marriage Anniversaries. Today, you are my number one special guest! This party is specially design for all food lovers. Do feel free to enjoy everything you see on your way. Party starts now... First some Champagne and Orange? My tea party has pastries and a numbers, of finger food. Because most of us simply love it. ------------------- Caramel Rolls Ingredients 720g flour 110g butter 1 yeast cake 50 ml lukewarm water 500 ml scalded milk 2 eggs 100g sugar 200g brown sugar Action a. Dissolve yeast into the water.
b. Melt butter in milk, add sugar, yeast, eggs and flour.
c. Beat until light and set aside, until it double its bulk.
d. Divide dough into 2 parts.
e. Roll out half of the dough thin, and cover with melted butter, sugar and cinnamon.
f. Roll in a long roll and cut, in 4 cm pieces.
g. Butter pan, spread brown sugar, in bottom of the pan. Sprinkle with warer.
h. Place rolls 2 cm apart and let raise.
i. Cook for 1.5 hours and turn upside down, on the oil paper.
We see often in the tea party. Cheese Straws Ingredients 240g flour 110g butter Cayenne pepper (sprinkle) Nutmeg (sprinkle) 1 egg 80 ml Milk 1 teaspoon baking powder 400g grated cheese (chopped) 1/2 teaspoon salt Action a. Sift baking powder, salt, pepper, and nutmeg in flour.
b. Put the cheese and butter, into the flour mixture.
c. Add egg and milk to make soft dough.
d. Roll into flat thin piece, cut into strips, and bake in a preheated 180°C or 356°F oven, for about 10 to 15 minutes. Note: You may add more milk, when it is necessary. ------------------ Do you like the food prepared for this tea party? Cheese Sticks Ingredients 200g grated cheese 120g flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 tablespoon melted butter 4.5 tablespoons water Salt Action a. Mix all ingredients to a soft dough.
b. Roll out, moisten with water, and cut into strips.
c. Bake in a preheated 180°C oven, or 356°F for about 10 minutes. -------------------- I shall show you soon our lovely chicken wings. Bell Fritters Ingredients 500 ml milk 240g flour 3 tablespoons sugar 4 egg yolks 4 egg whites Salt Action a. Beat sugar and egg yolks. Add milk, salt, flour and whites.
b. Fry in deep hot oil, and serve, with ample syrup. ------------------ Rice Puff Ingredients 200g cold boiled rice 2 eggs (well beaten) 1 dried mushroom 1 dried scallop 1/2 teaspoon salt Action a. Soak mushroom and scallop in warm water, till soft.
b. Drain them, minced and fry till fragrant, with oil, put aside.
c. Put the rice through a potato ricer, add eggs, mushroom, scallop, and salt.
d. Drop by tablespoonfuls into hot oil, and fry a light brown.
e. Sprinkle sugar over. We got two Sago Fruit Soups from a friend which, is working in a hotel. They prepare drinks often, for high tea party.

Super easy pie recipes are coming on your way. Pineapple Pie Ingredients A 110g sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons corn-starch 375 ml hot milk Preparation Mix all and cook in double boiler, until thick.
Ingredients B 2 egg yolks 200g crushed pineapple
Action a. Pour ingredients A mixture into egg yolks. Return to boiler, cook till eggs thicken.
b. Cool and add pineapple.
c. Pour in baked crust. Cover with meringue.
d. Brown in preheated 200°C, or 392°F oven. ------------------- Cranberry Pie Ingredients 500g cranberries 200g raisins 100g sugar 1 baked pie crust Action a. Wash and cut up raisins.
b. Add raisins and sugar, into cranberries.
c. Cook until soft, put in pie crust.
Tea party must have this delicious and easy recipe. This is my private recipe! Baked Chicken Wings Ingredients 10 chicken wings 2 teaspoon ginger(minced) Garlic powder 3 tablespoons oyster sauce Action a. Break the chicken wings into 2, by cutting the joints, between them.
b. Wash and remove all the hairs.
c. Drain the chicken wings.
d. Season them with garlic, ginger, and oyster sauce, for minimum 1 hour.
e. Pre-heat oven to 220°C or 428°F, for 8 minutes.
f. While heating, put the chicken wings, on the cookies paper lined baking tray.
g. Lay them apart from each other.
h. When the oven is ready for baking, put the tray on the 1st level.
i. Turn the heat to 200°C or 392°F, and bake for 20 minutes with both upper, and lower heat.
j. When it is done, turn the chicken wings over, and reduce the heat to 180°C or 356°F, and bake for 5 minutes.
k. By now, you will be able to see the beautiful, browned chicken wings. Note: a. You may replace oyster sauce with light soy sauce, plus 1/4 teaspoon of sugar. b. You may add chilli powder, extra taste, when desired. Do make more when you are organising a tea party, or cocktail party. My friends were crazy about it. It seems the chicken wings never be enough! ------------------ More chicken from my tea party? Crispy Chicken Wings Ingredients Chicken wings (middle portion) 1 tablespoon prawn paste Dry flour 1 egg yolk (beaten) Bread crumbs Deep fry oil Action a. Season chicken with prawn paste, for 30 minutes.
b. Steam the chicken wings on big fire, for 10 minutes and cool them.
c. In a clean bowl, apply the flour, on the wings.
d. Dip the wings into the egg yolk, and put them one by one into the hot oil.
e. Deep fry till browned and crispy. Yummy...
