Friend, shall we create some Amazing Toasts? Shall we? Cinnamon Wonder Ingredients 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 tablespoon butter (soften) Bread (sliced) Action a. Mix sugar and cinnamon.
b. Add to butter till creamy.
c. Brown bread on one side, spread sugar mixture, on the other side.
d. Place on toaster under flame, until the mixture bubbles. ------------------ Fish Special Ingredients 6 small slices of bread 1000g cold cooked fish (remove bones, skin and shredded) 375 ml milk 2 tablespoons butter 2 egg yolks 1 teaspoon flour 1/4 teaspoon white pepper 1 teaspoonful salt 1 teaspoon lemon juice Action a. Put 250 ml milk in double boiler, and set on the fire.
b. Mix 60 ml milk with the flour, and stir the mixture into the boiling milk.
c. Cook for 5 minutes, add the fish, salt and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
d. Beat the egg yolks well, and add the rest, of the milk to them.
e. Stir this mixture into the fish mixture, and remove from fire.
f. Add lemon juice, and spread the prepared, fish on the buttered bread.
g. Serve very hot. ------------------ Oysters Dish (6 servings) Ingredients 50 good sized oysters 3 tablespoons butter 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1/8 teaspoon pepper 6 slices bread Salt to taste Action a. Put the oysters in the frying pan, on the fire.
b. When they are heating to the boiling-point, add the seasoning.
c. Boil up, and then pour them on the slices, of toast, which should be arranged, on a warm platter.
d. Serve at once. More Oysters?
Butter Bread One Ingredients Slices of bread Boiling water Butter Action a. Dip the edges of slices of bread, in boiling water.
b. Spreading the slices with butter, and serve immediately. ------------------ Butter Bread Two Ingredients Cold boiled ham (minced) Melted butter or cream Mustard A small square of hot buttered bread One thin slice of pickle One paper thin slice of cheese Strip pimiento Action a. Moisten the ham with melted butter.
b. Season with mustard and pile, on a buttered toast.
c. Add pickle, cheese and strip pimiento, and brown again. ------------------ Cream Bread One Ingredients 1000g cream 1/2 teaspoon salt 7 to 8 slices of bread Action a. Heat the cream to the boiling-point, add salt.
b. Put a slice of toast in a deep warm dish, and pour a little cream on it.
c. Put another slice in the dish, and pour in more cream.
d. Continue in this way until all the cream, are used.
e. Serve hot. ------------------ Cream Bread Two Ingredients 1200g cream Milk Ziwieback Action a. Heat cream to boiling.
b. Dip slices of zwieback into hot milk instantly.
c. Place on saucer, pour hot cream over, and serve.
Milk Bread Ingredients 125 ml milk (reserved) 875 ml milk 2 tablespoons flour 2 tablespoons butter 1.5 teaspoon salt 10 slices of bread Action a. Put 875 ml milk into the double-boiler, and on the fire.
b. Mix the 125 ml cold milk and flour, and stir the mixture into the milk when it begins, to boil.
c. Stir for 2 minutes, put the cover, on the boiler and let them cook 15 minutes longer.
d. Add butter and salt, and stir well.
e. Dip the slices of toast in the liquid, and lay them in a deep dish.
f. Pour the reminder of the milk, over them. ------------------ Lovely Crackers Ingredients 6 butter crackers Cold water Butter Action a. Soak the crackers in the water, until they begins to swell.
b. Remove them, and drain them, on a plate.
c. Butter the bottom of a flat baking-pan very lightly.
d. Spread the crackers in the pan, crust side down.
e. Put them in a preheated 200°C, or 392°F oven for 10 minutes.
f. Remove them from the oven, butter them lightly and place them on a warm dish.
g. Serve at once.

Grated Cheese Ingredients Bread Grated cheese Paprika Action a. Toast small squares of bread, on one side.
b. On the other side add grated cheese, and set in the oven until cheese, is melted.
c. Add paprika powder. ------------------ Salmon and Tomato Ingredients Bread (small pieces) Salmon paste Tomato (riped) Action On a toast put a paste of salmon, and in this a slice of tomato, with mayonnaise.

Cheese and Lemon Ingredients Olive oil Grated parmesan cheese Pepper Lemon juice Action a. Dip some toast in olive oil, and arrange on a dish.
b. Strew over some cheese, pepper, and lemon juice.
c. Put them for a few minutes, in an oven.
d. Give just enough time for the cheese, to melt and serve as soon as they leave the oven.
Egg Rolls (18 rolls) Ingredients 240g flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons butter 1 egg (well beaten) 250 ml cocoanut milk
Action a. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together.
b. Cut in 1 tablespoon butter.
c. Add beaten egg and milk.
d. Roll dough thin, cut in rounds, and butter top.
e. Fold each round over once, and brush up again with melted butter.
f. Bake in pre-heated 200°C or 392°F oven, for about 20 minutes.
g. Serve hot.
------------------ Tomato Eggs Ingredients 12 medium sized tomatoes Butter Salt and pepper 5 eggs (beaten) Action a. Wash and remove the skin, from the tomatoes.
b. Cut them up in a saucepan, add a little butter, pepper and salt.
c. When they are soft, turn the eggs into, the saucepan with tomatoes.
d. Stir them one way for 2 minutes, allow them to be well done.
