Your Blueberry Recipes with Blueberry Muffins, Blueberry Cake, and Blackberry Jam Are Ready!
240g pastry flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
200g granulated sugar
1 level teaspoon salt
1 egg (beaten light)
125 ml milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
a. Sift together flour, baking powder,
sugar and salt.
b. Mix with egg.
c. Add milk and butter, and lastly fold,
in blueberries, dredged with flour.
d. Bake in pre-heated 200°C or 392°F oven,
for about 15-20 minutes.
3 tablespoons butter (melted)
3 teaspoons baking powder
325 ml milk
a. Dry the berries and floured.
b. Combine all and bake in a greased pan in 180°'C,
or 356°F oven for about 35 minutes.
c. Eat hot for breakfast.
Note: You may replace blueberries with cut dates.
250g brown sugar
a. Mix all and boil them together gently,
for 1 hour or till the berries are soft.
b. Stirring and mesh them well.
Note: You can replace the blackberry,
with other berries.
