Fruit Salad Recipes

Orange Salad

Oranges (fresh and firm)
Lettuce leaves

a. Peel oranges carefully down to the pulp.

b. Removing all the white skin.

c. Hold the orange with a fork,
and with a sharp knife cut down on each side,
of the section, and remove the pulp.

d. Taking care to keep its shape.
Go over the whole orange this way.

e. Serve on lettuce leaves with a dressing.


Fruit Salad Mix

220g sugar
80 ml cold water
250 ml boiling water
1 packet of agar agar powder
2 bananas
2 oranges
3-4 cherries, for flavor
1/2 can pineapple (drained)

a. Dissolve agar agar powder,
into cold water.

b. Dissolve sugar in the boiling water.

c. Pour the sugar water,
into agar agar water,
and mix well.

d. When the water is cool,
add the fruits and cherries.

e. Mold in sherbet glasses.

f. Serve on a lettuce leaf,
with mayonnaise dressing.


Fruit Salad Recipes


a. Mix 2 tablespoons olive oil,
to 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.

b. Add pecan nuts to the dressing.

Apple Salad One

Tart apples (diced)
Pineapples (cubed)
Oranges (cut small)
Celery (cubed)
Bananas (cubed)
Marshmallows (cut small)
Boiled dressing
(mixed with whipped cream)

a. Mix all the fruits together.

b. Add nuts and dates.

c. Mix lightly with the fluffy,
whipped cream.


Apple Salad Two

1 cup Rolled Oats
1 tablespoonful mixed nuts
(Almond, sunflower seeds,
and melon seeds)
1 Apple (cubes)
Lemon juice

a. Wash and drain the oats and nuts.

b. Soak them in room temperature water,
just enough to cover.

c. Place it in the refrigerator over night.

d. Mash the nuts in the food processor.

e. Mix all together.

Note: This may also served as a dessert,
with whipped cream.

Fruit Salad Dressing

200g sugar
5 level teaspoonful of salt
4 level teaspoonful of mustard
1 level teaspoonful of white pepper
600g sour cream
500 ml vinegar

a. Mix dry until smooth.

b. Add sour cream, vinegar, and cook,
in double boiler until creamy.

c. Put in glasses with covers to them,
and put in cool place.

Note: This will keep for several months.


Strawberry Salad

Sweet thin skinned orange
Powder sugar

a. Wash the orange thoroughly,
and cut into slices.

b. Strawberries must be hulled,
and wash and wiped dry.

c. On top of the orange slices,
pile the strawberries.

d. Dust with sugar and nutmeg.
