Friends, will you please help me to select the right,
Punch Recipes, Cocktail Drink, Lemonade Recipe,
and or Eggnog for my new project?

Today, a girl friend of mine asked me to organise,
a cocktail party for her Marriage Anniversary.

She has invited about 50 guests. The project was assigned,
to me, because I enjoy the preparations of cocktail drink.

Shall we begin? Will you let me know which,
are the suitable recipes?


Punch Recipes

Fruit Punch

1000 ml soda water
1000 ml pineapple juice
100 ml watermelon juice
Watermelon pulp (diced)
lemon slices
Sugar to taste
Big piece of ice

a. Mix all liquids, add sugar to taste.

b. Pour juices into a punch bowl,
add watermelon pulp.

c. Top with lemon slices.


Cider Punch

1000 ml cider
300 ml lemon juice
1000 ml water
4 sweet apples (diced)
sugar to taste
Big piece of ice

a. Mix all liquids, add sugar to taste.

b. Pour juices into a punch bowl,
add apple dices.

Grape Juice Lemonade

4 large lemons
1000 ml water
1000 ml grape juice
450g sugar
1 orange

a. Boil the sugar and water for 10 minutes.

b. Cool and stir in the grape juice,
and lemon juice.

c. Cut the orange into slices,
then in small pieces.

d. Add them in the juice.


More lemonade recipe?

Mint Lemonade

Ingredient A
Large bunch mint
2 lemons (juiced)

a. Wash and pick mint leaves.

b. Crush slightly and place in bowl,
with the lemon juice.

c. Let it stand for 2 hours.

Ingredient B
1000 ml water
220g sugar
2 oranges (juiced)
250 ml pineapple juice

a. Boil sugar and water for 10 minutes.

b. Pour the boiling hot sugar water,
over the mint mixture.

c. Let it cool, and strain.

d. Add orange, pineapple juices,
and more water when necessary.

e. Serve in glass with crushed ice,
and a sprig of mint in each glass.


Sago Fruit Soup One

250 ml strawberry juice
250 ml pineapple juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon sago
1 tablespoon sugar
Chipped ice

a. Cook the sago with the strawberry juice.

b. Add the rest of the juices,
and sugar.

c. Cool and serve in sherbet cups,
with ice.


Sago Fruit Soup Two


a. Boil prunes and raisins slowly,
till tender.

b. Add sugar and save juice.

c. Boil sago till clear, mix with the fruit,
and juice and serve very cold.

Punch Recipes

What about this special lemonade recipe? Is this better?

Fruits Magic

120 ml green tea
120 ml water
2 oranges (juiced)
200g sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 lemon (juiced)
500 ml ginger ale
500 ml grape juice
2 tablespoons mint leaves (fine chopped)

a. Boil sugar and water 1 minute,
and add to the other

b. Serve with ice cubes.


Try New lemonade recipe?

Strawberry Lemonade


a. Crush the strawberries into a smooth pulp,
and run through a coarse sieve.

b. Add a cup of crushed berries to each 500 ml,
of lemonade.


Is this eggnog more attractive?

Cream Eggnog

1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 glass cream mixture
(1/3 cream, 2/3 milk)
Vanilla flavor
2 egg yolks (beaten)
2 egg whites (beaten)
1/8 teaspoon salt

a. Add sugar to the egg yolks,
then cream mixture.

b. Add 1/2 egg whites and vanilla.

c. Put the other egg whites on top,
of the glass.


Plain Eggnog

1 egg
3/4 tablespoon sugar
180 ml milk or cream
1 tablespoon brandy


Fruit Eggnog

1 egg
3 tablespoons blackberry juice
3 tablespoons raspberry juice
3 tablespoons strawberry juice
1 tablespoon cold water
1/3 cup of finely crushed ice
1/2 grain saccharine
(dissolved on 1 teaspoon water)

a. Crush fresh fruit and strain,
through a cheesecloth.

b. Beat egg slightly and add water,
and fruit juice. A little at a time.

c. Strain and pour this mixture,
over the crushed ice and sweeten,
to taste.

Note: You may replace strawberry juice,
with pineapple juice.

Is the cocktail drink amazing?

Strawberry Cocktail

Large ripe berries
250 ml water
2 tablespoons sugar
120 ml champagne (iced cold)

a. Wash the berries, remove the hull,
and cut them into halves length-wise.

b. Mix sugar and water. Let it boil,
for 3 minutes.

c. When sugar water is cool, add 120 ml,
of champagne.

d. Pour this over the berries, and serve.


Iced Cocktail

Crushed Ice
Sweet grape juice
A sprig of mint
1 tablespoon sweetened whipped cream

a. Fill iced tea glass 1/3 full of ice.

b. Fill with juice and cream.

c. Top with a sprig of mint.

Cherry Cocktail

Big cherries
Walnut meats
Almond meats
Hazel nut meats
Fruit juice syrup (cold)

a. Put 150g granulated sugar, and 160 ml fruit juice,
in a saucepan.

b. Boil slowly to boiling point, then remove scum,
from the surface.

c. Cover it, and boil for 4 minutes to clear any sugar,
from the sides of the pan.

d. Boil gently for 25 minutes, and remove,
from the fire.

e. Allow it to cool, before use.

a. Remove the stone from the cherries.

b. Insert the nut meats into the stone places.

c. Half fill the glasses with fruit juice syrup

d. Top the glasses with the cherries.


Oh, I love also sherbet cocktail drink!

Cream Sherbet

Sugar Syrup
1000 ml water
1900g sugar
1 vanilla stick

Boil all ingredients in a pot, till melted.

Sherbet Ingredients
500 ml sugar syrup
500 ml fruit juice
1/2 lemon juiced
500 ml water
100-150g fresh cream (beaten)

a. In the blender, mix fruit juice into syrup.

b. Add lemon juice, water and blend further,
till the syrup thickness diluted to half.

c. Put in the freezer to freeze a while.

d. Add fresh cream, and freeze again.


Punch Recipes

Fruit Sherbet

3 oranges (juiced)
3 lemons (juiced)
750 ml water
3 bananas (mashed)
600g granulated sugar
3 egg whites (stiffed beaten)

a. Put orange juice, lemon juice,
and mashed banana through a strainer.

b. Add water and sugar, stir,
until all dissolved.

c. Put it into a freezer and freeze,
to the consistency of mush.

d. Open the top quickly, stir in the egg whites.

e. Repack and finish freezing.

Note: This makes 2000 ml.


Should I try the wonderful alcoholic cocktail drink?

Orange Cocktail

Sweetened orange juice
Orange (skinned)

a. Place the orange in a chilled cocktail glass.

b. Mix juice with little sherry.

c. Pour the juice over the orange.

d. Decorate with sugar coated with mint spray.



This is a popular cocktail drink.

Egg Cocktail

Ingredients A
Vanilla sugar
450g lump-sugar
30g vanilla beans

a. Chop up the beans. Pound them with sugar.

b. Rub all through a fine sieve.

c. Keep in a air-tight tin.

Ingredients B
3 eggs
50g caster sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
Fresh cream
125 ml Brandy wine

a. In a mixing bowl, beat all ingredients together.
Except the wine.

b. Place the bowl in a pot of water.

c. Add wine and continue beating, until the mixture,
become smooth.

d. Cool it, serve in a small glass, and top,
with fresh cream.

Should I add some other special punch recipes?

Refreshing Punch

4 oranges juice
2 lemons juice
4 tablespoons apple juice
4 tablespoons white grape juice
4 tablespoons of pineapple juice
4 tablespoons of peach juice
4 tablespoons of kiwi juice

a. Mix all and put in a 2000 ml pitcher.

b. Fill with water, and chipped ice.

Sparkling Punch

1 bottle sparkling wine
1 bottle cider
1 bottle mineral water
ice cubes
Lemon slices
kiwi slices

a. Mix the drinks into large punch bowl.

b. Add plenty of ice cubes, and lemon.

c. Before serving, decorate with kiwi slices.

Note: You may use non-alcohol sparkling wine.


Ginger Punch

1000 ml cold water
220g suagr
125 ml orange juice
240g ginger (chopped)

a. Add ginger to the sugar, and water. Boil 15 minutes.

b. Add orange juice, cool, strain, and dilute,
crushed ice.


Punch Recipes

Grape Juice Punch (12 Servings)

1000 ml grape juice
3 lemons (jucied)
1000 ml water
3 oranges (juiced)
Sweeten to taste

Mix in a bowl with large piece of ice.


What about more lemonade recipe?

Pineapple lemonade

500 ml water
220g sugar
1000 ml ice-water
3 lemons juiced
1 can grated pineapple

a. Boil sugar and water for 10 minutes.

b. Add pineapple and lemon juice.

c. Cool, strain and add ice-water.


One more lemonade recipe?


220g sugar
125 ml lemon juice
500 ml water

a. Boiling sugar and water 12 minutes.

b. Add lemon juice, cool, strain, and dilute,
with ice-water, when desired.

Note: Lemon syrup may be bottled and kept,
for future use.


Party Punch

14 lemons (juiced)
100g strawberries
200g pineapple (grated)
50g raspberries
800g sugar
800 ml water
7500 ml water
500 ml mango juice to colour

a. Boil sugar with 800 ml water,
for 10 minutes.

b. Cool and add to 7500 ml of water.

c. Add pineapples, lemon juice, mango juice,
strawberries and raspberries.

Note: You may change the mango juice,
to other fruit juice.

Coffee Eggnog
