Amazing Rice Bread from Yeast Free Bread Recipe. Jelly Recipes and Punch Recipe Are Prepared for Your Party!

Rice Bread
Yeast Free Bread Recipe

500g boiled rice
250g wheat flour
6 egg yolks (beaten)
6 egg whites
500 ml rich milk
2 tablespoons butter (melted)

a. Add flour to cooked rice and mix them well.

b. Beat the egg whites to a stiff froth,
and mix it gradually with the milk and butter.

c. Mix by degrees, the egg yolks with the rice,
and the flour.

d. Add the whites mixture,
a little at a time.

e. Stir the whole very hard and put it,
into a buttered baking dish with upright sides.

f. Set in a 180°c or 356°F oven and bake it,
for about 1 hour.

g. When done, turn it on a dish,
and serve warm at breakfast with butter.

How to Cook Rice?

Jelly Recipes

Jelly Pudding

400g very fine bread crumbs
250 ml rich milk (half cream)
5 egg yolks (beaten)
5 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon soda
Boiling water
200g sweet jelly

a. Scald the milk and pour over the crumbs.

b. Beat until half cold.

c. Stir in the egg yolks, then whites,
finally the soda.

d. Fill a large cup half full with batter.

e. Set in a 200°C or 392°F oven and bake,
for 30 minutes.

f. When done, turn out quickly,
with a sharp knife make an incision,
in the side of each.

g. Pull partly open and put a spoonful,
of the conserve within.

h. Close the slit by pinching the edges,
with your fingers.

i. Eat warm with sweeten cream.

Note: You may replace jelly with jam,
or marmalade.


Rice Bread

Jellied Sherry

500 ml seasoned consommé
2 tablespoons gelatine,
or agar agar powder
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
4 tablespoons sherry wine
125 ml cold water
Minced parsley
Salt (optional)

a. Soften the gelatine in the cold water.

b. Dissolve in the hot consommé.

c. Add the lemon juice, wine and salt.

d. Chill in the refrigerator.

e. Chop lightly before putting,
in service cups.

f. Top with minced parsley.

Note: You may replace parsley with a lemon crescent,
or a bit of tomato fringed with minced green pepper.


Jelly Recipes

Wine Jelly

500 ml water
250 ml wine
250 ml whisky
125g sugar
3 lemons
3 tablespoons agar-agar
Cinnamon to taste
3 egg whites
Whipped cream

a. Boil, strain and set on ice.

b. Serve with whipped cream.
