About Tomato Soup, Tomato Salad, Stuffed Tomatoes,
and All Tomato Recipes!

Hello! Welcome to my Tomato Soup Corner.

Today, we are touching on all tomato recipes,
tomato salad, and stuffed tomatoes.

Shall we start?

Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients A
A few ripe middle-sized tomatoes
Salt and pepper

a. Cut the tomato in 2 equal parts and scoop,
out the seeds.

b. Season them with salt and pepper.

Ingredients B
1 tablespoon butter
A small handful of dried mushrooms
(fine chopped)
1 tablespoon bread crumbs
(soaked in milk)
Salt and pepper
Grated cheese
1 egg yolk (beaten)

a. Make a hash with onion, parley,
and celery.

b. Put it in saucepan on fire,
with butter.

c. When it is browned, put in mushrooms.

d. Add bread crumbs.

e. Season with salt and pepper,
and let them simmer.

f. When it is too dry, moistening,
with a little water.

g. Remove from fire, when it is still lukewarm,
add grated cheese and egg yolk.

a. Stuff the tomatoes with the hash,
as the stuffing come over the edge of the half tomato.

b. When the tomatoes are filled,
take them in the oven with a little butter,
and oil mixed together, and serve them as side-dish,
for roast beef or steak.

Tomato Soup

Special Tomato Soup

1000 ml soup stock
1 canned tomatoes
2 teaspoons raw rice (washed)
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

a. Skim and season soup stock.

b. Add tomatoes.

c. Bring it to a boil and cook 10 minutes.

d. Rinse it through a fine strainer.

e. Return to fire, season,
and stir in the raw rice.

f. On low fire, simmer gently but,
not boil hard.

g. When the rice is tender,
add the sugar, and serve.

Tomato Salad

Tomatoes can mix with many vegtables and meats.
They make many wonderful salads. Show you,
one of them here:

Tomato Salad

Some cherry tomatoes
1 slice of sweet pineapple (cubed)
1 tablespoon parsley
1 teaspoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

a. Rinse and lay the tomatoes,
on the pretty plate.

b. Place the pineapple cubes around it.

c. Sprinkle the oil on it, and garnish,
with the parsley.

Tomato Sauce

(fine chopped)

Red, green and yellow peppers,
(two each)
10 tomatoes, cut into cubes
2 teaspoons of Garlic powder
50 ml of Vinegar or lemon juice
2 tablespoon of olive oil
Sugar (up to your taste)

a. Put all in a black pan, cover.

b. Cook them with low fire, stir on and off,
till everything are soften.

c. Wait till the juice is thicker,
add more sugar, if necessary.

Note: You may keep the cold sauce, in a glass bottle,
and keep in the refrigerator for longer time.

Extra Tips
a. Glass bottle must be cook,
in boiling water for 20 miinutes and clean dry.
Fill up the bottle to 80% maximum.

b. You may use this sauce for all pasta,
macaroni, and also spaghetti recipes.
